Sevilla v Huesca

Eleven Sports 1, 7.45pm

Sevilla were brushed aside by Barcelona at Camp Nou last weekend but they should have little trouble returning to winning ways at home to basement boys Huesca.

The struggling visitors conceded eight on their trip to Barcelona and three at Atletico Madrid and they could be torn apart by Sevilla's silky attack.

Aaron Ashley's recommendation
Sevilla -1 goal on handicap
2pts 4-6 Betfair, Paddy Power

Key stat
Sevilla have netted 16 times in their last four home games in all competitions.

Alaves v Villarreal

Eleven Sports 1, 5.30pm

Alaves have had a remarkable start to the season, picking up 17 points from their opening nine games, and they can continue to defy the odds with victory over Villarreal.

The Europa League is hampering the Yellow Submarine domestically and they face another tough test at Alaves, who are unbeaten in four home games including wins over second-placed Espanyol and Real Madrid.

Aaron Ashley's recommendation
Alaves draw no bet
1pt 5-4 Betfair

Key stat
Villarreal have won just two of their opening nine league matches.

Barcelona v Real Madrid

Eleven Sports 1, 3.15pm

Lionel Messi's absence did not stop Barcelona from cruising to a 2-0 success over Inter on Wednesday and it shouldn't prevent the Catalans from beating Real Madrid at Camp Nou.

Messi is probably the best player on the planet but Barca are far from a one-man team and look superior to Real, who have lost three of their last four La Liga games.

Dan Childs's recommendation
Barcelona
1pt 19-20 Betfair, Hills

Key stat
Real have lost their last three away matches without scoring.

Getafe v Real Betis

Eleven Sports 1, 11am

Real Betis are failing to match pre-season expectations but their chances may have been underestimated at Getafe.

Betis were impressive 2-1 winners on their Europa League trip to Milan on Thursday and, providing they have recovered, they should have too much class for Getafe, who have failed to score in their last three home league games.

Aaron Ashley's recommendation
Real Betis draw no bet
1pt 11-8 Betfair

Key stat
Real Betis have kept clean sheets in three of their four away league games.
