Eleven Sports from 11am Sunday

Levante v Barcelona

7.45pm

Levante were the only team to defeat Barcelona in La Liga last season, winning a 5-4 thriller at the Ciutat de Valencia, and should give a decent account of themselves once again when they face the Catalans.

Lionel Messi produced a masterclass to help Barca to a 4-0 derby victory away to Espanyol last week but that was the first time this season that the visitors have won by more than one goal away.

Joe Champion's recommendation
Levante +2 on Asian handicap
1pt 89-100 bet365

Key stat
Levante have lost just one of their last nine La Liga matches.

Huesca v Villarreal

5.30pm

Villarreal wrapped up top spot in Europa League Group G by winning 2-0 at home to Spartak Moscow on Thursday and they can finish the week on a high by defeating basement boys Huesca at El Acoraz.

The Yellow Submarine have sunk to the fringes of the relegation battle but should start to improve now they can focus fully on domestic matters.

Dan Childs's recommendation
Villarreal
1pt 5-4 Hills

Key stat
Huesca have lost 12 of their last 15 games.

Espanyol v Betis

3.30pm

Betis won Europa League Group F despite a disappointing 0-0 draw away to Dudelange and they can extend their unbeaten run to six by beating Espanyol.

The Andalusians have won their last three domestic games without conceding a goal and look in good shape to take on the Blue Budgies, who lost 4-0 at home to fierce rivals Barcelona last weekend.

Dan Childs's recommendation
Real Betis
1pt 21-10 general

Key stat
Espanyol have lost four of their last five matches.

Sevilla v Girona

11am

Girona have done well on the road, losing only one of seven La Liga away games, but they may struggle to contain free-scoring Sevilla, who are striving to get their title challenge back on track.

Successive league draws at Alaves (1-1) and Valencia (1-1) have halted Sevilla's progress but they should be feeling confident after a 3-0 victory at home to Krasnodar in the Europa League.

Dan Childs's recommendation
Sevilla-Sevilla double result
1pt 5-4 Ladbrokes

Key stat
Sevilla have won their last nine home fixtures.
