Free football tips, best bets and analysis for Saturday's Spanish La Liga games.

Real Madrid v Real Sociedad

Where to watch

Premier 2, 8pm Saturday

Best bet

Real Sociedad
1pt 7-1 Betfair

Match preview

Only two points separate Real Madrid and Real Sociedad in the La Liga standings and the visitors are worth backing at juicy odds at the Santiago Bernabeu.

Sociedad have beaten Celta Vigo and highflyers Granada on the road recently and have the makings of an exciting attacking unit with Willian Jose and Mikel Oyarzabal causing problems in the final third.

The capital club will be without James Rodriguez and Gareth Bale is also likely to miss out. The Basque side look value to build on their reputation as one of the season's surprise packages.

Key stat

No La Liga side have accumulated more points on the road than Sociedad (13) this season.

Granada v Atletico Madrid

Where to watch

Premier 2, 5.30pm Saturday

Best bet

Atletico Madrid
1pt 20-23 BoyleSports

Match preview

Such is the congestion at the top of La Liga that Granada are only five points adrift of leaders Barcelona despite their recent slump in form.

The worry for the hosts is that Spain's elite teams are starting to work them out and they could be set for a fourth successive defeat when they host Atletico Madrid.

Diego Simeone's men are not the force they once were but they are keeping up with the Spanish superpowers and have lost only one away league match this term.

Key stat

Atletico Madrid are unbeaten in their last nine La Liga matches.

Leganes v Barcelona

Where to watch

Premier 1, midday Saturday

Best bet

Barcelona -1 goal on handicap
1pt 11-8 Betfair, Paddy Power

Match preview

Bottom meets top when Leganes host Barcelona in La Liga and the Catalan giants can put out a statement of intent at the Butarque.

Ernesto Valverde's men have typically struggled on the road but this match is a prime opportunity for them to flex the goalscoring muscle they have shown at home, where they have scored 25 league goals.

Leganes have one win in 13 matches and their front men Martin Braithwaite and Youssef En-Nesyri have been largely uninspiring as the club have found the net only seven times in La Liga this season.

Key stat

Leganes have scored only four goals in seven home league games.
