Tuesday's Sky Bet Championship match betting previews, free tips & TV details
Tight encounter expected at St Andrew's as Birmingham host Barnsley
TV: Sky Sports red button, 7.45pm Tuesday
Birmingham City v Barnsley
Pep Clotet's Birmingham will expect to bounce back from a 3-0 defeat at Nottingham Forest as they welcome newly-promoted Barnsley in the Sky Bet Championship.
However, Daniel Stendel's Tykes will be no pushovers, having shown promise in defeating Fulham in their opener on their return to the second tier.
A lack of firepower up front has led to indifferent starts to the season for both of these sides. Between them they have managed only five goals in six league games and another low-scoring contest is expected at St Andrew's.
Recommendation
Under 1.5 goals

Derby County v Bristol City
Phillip Cocu's unbeaten Derby side are favourites to beat Bristol City at Pride Park but last season's losing playoff finalists are yet to hit the heights of 2018-19 and are hoping to secure their first home win of the new campaign.
Lee Johnson's visitors will be buoyed by their 2-0 victory over QPR but are unlikely to have enough to topple their hosts. However, the away side are worth backing to find the net in defeat, having scored in each of their three games this season.
Recommendation
Derby to win & both teams to score
1pt 7-2 bet365
Middlesbrough v Wigan Athletic
Two sides in poor form meet at the Riverside Stadium where Jonathan Woodgate's Middlesbrough are hoping to end a league goal drought that now stretches to over 200 minutes.
Opponents Wigan have also failed to find the net since the first game of the season and their terrible away form has seen them claim only one win in their last 22 matches in the Championship.
With both teams low on confidence neither is likely to assert dominance and the draw looks the best bet.
Recommendation
Draw

Sheffield Wednesday v Luton Town
Sheffield Wednesday will look to cement their early position in the playoff places with a win over struggling Luton.
Aside from a blip last time out at Millwall, caretaker manager Lee Bullen has been largely successful in filling the void left by Steve Bruce's departure.
The visit of last season's Sky Bet League One champions should not prove too taxing as the Hatters have managed only one point this season.
Wednesday look a good bet to win but this game should throw up some goals. Despite their lowly league position, Luton have found the net eight times in just four games in all competitions.
Recommendation
Sheffield Wednesday to win & over 2.5 goals
1pt 2-1 Sky Bet
