He added that the gelding's jumping was novicey, meaning that he was losing ground at each hurdle and although he was able to make up ground on the flat he was using energy in doing so and therefore tired in the closing stages and only managed to pass beaten horses. the trainer stated that the ride accorded with his instructions and he was satisfied with the ride given. he added that the gelding was not the most confident when schooling at home and was unable to find his rhythm due to the strong early pace set on the good, good to firm in places ground and may appreciate an easier surface) (Mkt1: op 16/1; Mkt2 op 10/1) | ||||||||||
