He added that the mare blew up before the second last hurdle, having been off the course for over 500 days and then met trouble in running in the home straight. He further stated that, in his opinion, the mare would be better suited by softer ground. The trainer confirmed the instructions adding that mare had been ridden the same way in all her previous races and was coming back from a long lay off caused by a tendon injury.) (op 33/1)
