How to get there
Road: 13km E of Kilkenny, 120km S of Dublin and 48km N of Waterford. From Kilkenny take the N10 for 10km and branch right onto the R702 (signposted Gowran). On entering the village, turn right, following Thomastown
Rail: Regular train service to Kilkenny from Waterford and Dublin; short taxi ride to track.
