There are three meetings to tuck into with just three weeks to go until the start of the Cheltenham Festival.

Taunton arguably host the pick of the trio of cards, with the £18,500 Greene King Handicap Hurdle (4.15) a feature race that has attracted some smart horses including Flying Tiger, Fidux and Misterton.

Coolanly, a Grade 2 winner at Cheltenham in November, is the marquee name on the Wetherby card (2.55), with Wolverhampton keeping the show on the road in the evening.

Final thought

Phil Kirby is a trainer going places and the addition of Blaklion to his stable is certainly interesting. The ten-year-old may have had his best chance of Grand National success been and gone, but he's still a classy performer on his day and could scoop a few nice pots if placed well.
