Old habits die hard for Britain's busiest jockey Luke Morris.

The 31-year-old, who has averaged 1,400 rides a year over the last ten years, is among hundreds of riders adjusting to life in lockdown following the suspension of racing due to the coronavirus.

For some this may be an excuse to slow down yet Morris is busier than ever. He has combined a strict fitness regimen with an eclectic to-do list, with tasks ranging from looking after horses on holiday at his home outside Newmarket to installing a new washing machine.
