How Saturday's action could affect the jockeys' championship in Britain

Oisin Murphy leads William Buick by nine winners in the race to be named champion Flat jockey for a third consecutive year.

Murphy was a man on a mission on Friday, riding a 70-1 treble at Newbury after being forced to sit out on Thursday's racing through suspension.

Buick briefly closed the gap to six after a treble at Yarmouth on Thursday but drew a blank on Friday, with both rides returning to the Berkshire track on Saturday.

The reigning champion has some good chances on the card, particularly in the Dubai International Airport World Trophy Stakes (2.15) where he is back on board King's Lynn. The four-year-old is somewhat unlucky not to have won a Group race yet but this looks a good opportunity.

Foxes Tales could go well in the Dubai Duty Free Legacy Cup (2.50), while Hierarchy has a solid chance for Hugo Palmer in the feature Dubai Duty Free Mill Reef Stakes (4.00)

Murphy's best chance of the day appears to be Koy Koy in the 7f novice, while Jabbar (1.10), Paxos (1.40), Pivoine (3.25) and Without Revenge (5.05) are respected.

Buick has a solid book across the board with his strongest chances coming in the handicaps. Il Bandito is a leading contender in the 7f handicap (1.40) after a string of solid efforts, while Tall Order has a leading chance in the finale (5.05) on the back of a recent win.

The rider also partners Beaches (1.10), Significantly (2.15), Solid Stone (2.50), Manaccan (4.00) and Ermin Street (4.35).
