Ron Hearn, Greater London

I was born in Hackney in 1960, moved to Deptford in 1967 and I’ve stayed in south-east London ever since, now living in Plumstead.

I married Julie in 2003, one of the best days of my life as she often tells me. I have a 27-year-old daughter, Amy, from a previous relationship and she’s as keen on horses as I am. She prefers riding them, whereas I enjoy going racing and often took her with me when she was younger.
