In the second part of a special report on the health of US racing, we look at how a raging welfare debate is taking its toll on the sport.
On the first two days of November the eyes of the racing world will be on Santa Anita with the 36th edition of the Breeders’ Cup taking place at the iconic Californian racecourse.
