Young riders are putting up impressive displays on their path to senior ranks

In the last few years I've been involved with training sessions for young riders and aiming to pass on some of the experience I've picked up over the years.

I'm thankful for how much I've got out of the sport so I try to give something back.

When I'm writing this column too, I'm mindful of young, up-and-coming riders. It's only a small thing, but any little bit of recognition is important for someone trying to make a name in sport.
