It has been quite a month for John Walsh. Just over three weeks after Corach Rambler won the Ultima Handicap Chase, a horse he had sent out to win an older maiden at Monksgrange last season, he saddled a double at Taylorstown.

It was kicked off by the debut victory of Wideeyedandlegless in the Derrylecka Bedding Centre five-year-old geldings’ maiden.
