Terrific treble for talented Fitzgerald on an action-packed day at Borris
Fabulous Saga produced an impressive display at Borris House
Racegoers got good value at the Carlow Farmers at the historic Borris House on Sunday, with three divisions to make a nine-race card.
In the closing weeks of the year there are still plenty of four-year-olds looking for a first win, and there were two heats of the geldings’ and mares’ races in this age group.
A maiden for six-year-olds and up was also divided. In all, there were 111 runners on the day.
