Saint Freule deserves plenty of credit for gruelling Borris success

Just two meetings on Sunday, and I was at Borris House for the Carlow Farmers fixture.
For a while it was touch-and-go whether racing would go ahead, but the committee made a brave call, and the dreadful weather eased off over the course of the afternoon.
The ground was much more testing than you would normally expect at this venue and the first race took place in awful conditions.
