Sam Curling is on a good run and the County Tipperary-based trainer seems to have another fine prospect in Longhouse Sale, who made a stylish winning debut.

The gelding provided Derek O’Connor with the opening leg of a double in the first division of the Goffs UK four-year-old maiden.

Longhouse Sale disputed the running until headed by Buck’s Bin’s after four out. Curling’s son of September Storm kept Buck’s Bin’s in his sights, however, and he made his way back to the front 100 yards out to beat Donnchadh Doyle’s representative by a snug two lengths.
