There's nothing quite like winning in front of a home crowd and James Hannon did precisely that at his local Tallow meeting when dominating the West Waterford Foxhounds fixture by partnering the first treble of his career.

Hannon experienced the best possible start to his day when combining with Thurles-based handler David Murphy to win the Fifty Stars four-year-old maiden with well-supported newcomer Matata.
