It was great to get my first winner in a four-year-old maiden with Affordale Fury in Ballycahane at the beginning of the month.

I sent out my first runner at Moira in the autumn, so I haven’t had to wait long as he was only my seventh runner.

I had a great career in the saddle and a particularly good association with Mick and Ashleigh Murphy, which has been going for about 12 or 13 years now.
