Excited about debut ride in cross-country for king Enda
I can’t wait for the Cheltenham Festival to get under way. It’s the highlight of the season and it’s a great privilege and thrill to be involved in the meeting as an amateur rider.
I’m lucky enough to have won the Foxhunter and the 4m National Hunt Chase in the past, and would love to complete the set of amateur races at the meeting by winning the Fulke Walwyn Kim Muir at some stage before I hang up my boots. I hope to have a ride in the race next week, but it’s still up in the air.
I’m looking forward to a new experience next week. I’m set to have my first ride in the Glenfarclas Chase. I’ve walked the cross-country course every year I’ve been at Cheltenham, and I’m thrilled to be taking part this time.
