The Meath & Tara meeting at Dowth Hall has become the ideal model for Irish point-to-pointing with its emphasis on family entertainment.

Sunday's fixture was a fantastic success with a big crowd enjoying a food market, a wide range of entertainment and activities for children, a dog show and live music.

A huge amount of preparation went into the day and the organising committee deserve plenty of credit.
