Billaway is aiming to make it third time lucky at the Cheltenham Festival

Last year's Cheltenham Festival was all about Irish dominance. There were a few exceptions. The Prestbury Cup defeat for the home team would have been worse if Porlock Bay had not edged out the Willie Mullins-trained Billaway in the St James's Place Hunter Chase.

The season before last Billaway was no match for the O'Sullivan family's It Came To Pass. Last April he lost by a nose to the Paul Nicholls-trained Bob And Co at Punchestown.

He has been a beaten favourite for all three of those championship races and again heads the market for Friday's race. Can he go one better?
