This has the potential to be a difficult interview.
However, before you panic that all is not well with superstar Pinatubo or that his trainer Charlie Appleby is in an uncharacteristically bad mood, the challenge merely comes in the shape of two technologically inept men trying to converse face-to-face over WhatsApp in a world where Covid-19 makes meeting in person near impossible.
“I’m not very good at this,” Appleby says apologetically as the camera either slants or his house dramatically subsides. “I’ll have to keep my finger alongside it, I’m sorry about this.”
