Chelsea salvaged their season with a 1-0 victory over Manchester United in the FA Cup final but the result may not have been enough to save them from a summer of change, with doubts persisting over the futures of Antonio Conte and Eden Hazard.

Conte seems far closer to the Stamford Bridge exit despite voicing a passionate defence of his record in the aftermath of the Blues' Wembley triumph.

And the race to replace him may have already started with Luis Enrique and Maurizio Sarri thought to be high on Roman Abramovich's shopping list.

Enrique is a best-priced 5-2 to replace Conte, while Sarri is a 4-1 chance.

Both bosses favour an attacking brand of football but the new Chelsea manager will also be under pressure to deliver significantly improved results and ensure a return to the Champions League.

Chelsea are a best-priced 4-6 to finish in the top four next season and 12-1 to be crowned champions.

Final 2017-18 Premier League standings

If the Blues are to improve it is imperative that they hold on to star man Hazard.

The mercurial Belgian is 4-6 with Sky Bet to be a Chelsea player next season and 11-10 to leave.

Manchester United are 7-1 third favourites in the 2018-19 title betting, behind 11-2 shots Liverpool, who finished six points and two places below them. Champions Manchester City are 4-6 favourites.

Red Devils boss Jose Mourinho must reflect on a trophyless campaign and find a way of making United more competitive in the race for Premier League and Champions League honours.

It is imperative he keeps his best players, including world-class goalkeeper David de Gea, who is 1-5 with Paddy Power to be a United player next season and 10-3 to join long-term admirers Real Madrid.

Liverpool are 11-5 to win Saturday's Champions League final against Madrid in 90 minutes, with the favourites 5-4 shots.
