Bets to be placed by 7.45pm Wednesday
Celtic to beat St Mirren
Napoli to beat Spezia
PSG to beat Lorient
Real Madrid to beat Athletic Bilbao
Celtic must win at St Mirren to keep close order with Rangers in the Scottish Premiership, while PSG and Real Madrid - setting the pace in their respective divisions - can be trusted against Lorient and Athletic Bilbao respectively.
Complete the four-fold with Napoli, who have got their tails up after a remarkable away win at Milan on Sunday. Napoli will expect another three points at home to Spezia. The acca pays over 3-1 with bet365.
