Liverpool will be looking to build on their win against Milan, while there is also a host of domestic action for punters to find some value.

Today's best accumulator bets

Bets to be placed by 7.45pm

Sunderland to beat Cheltenham

Ipswich to beat Doncaster

Borussia Dortmund to beat Sporting

Manchester City to beat Paris Saint-Germain

Ipswich are beginning to find their feet in League One and should have too much for bottom-of-the-table Doncaster while second-placed Sunderland look too strong for Cheltenham.

Dortmund have enough attacking strength to see off Sporting in the Champions League and expect Manchester City to rise to the occasion in the French capital.

Paris Saint-Germain v Manchester City

BT Sport 2, 8pm

Paris Saint-Germain have had few problems in Ligue 1 so far, but they were held by Bruges in their Champions League opener and that makes Mauricio Pochettino's team vulnerable.

Porto v Liverpool

BT Sport 3, 8pm

Porto put up gutsy performances against both Manchester City and Chelsea in the Champions League last season and they are capable of providing Liverpool with a tough test.

The Reds looked suspect defensively in Saturday's 3-3 draw with Brentford and they could be distracted by Sunday's forthcoming game against Manchester City.

Bet of the day

Sunderland to beat Cheltenham 7.45pm

The Black Cats look set to finally climb out of League One this season and they should have few problems against a Cheltenham side who surrendered meekly at Wigan at the weekend.

Brahim Diaz is on loan at Milan from Real Madrid and he can find the net against his parent club's city rivals, Atletico.

He has already scored three times in six Serie A appearances and also netted in Milan's defeat to Liverpool in their Champions League opener.
