Manchester City showed a strong hand last week when they sealed a 5-2 victory over Arsenal and they can continue their dominant start to the season when they face Everton on Saturday.
While Andy Spence’s Toffees have played some good football in their opening games, their return to the WSL has seen them suffer two defeats from two. It shouldn’t be long before they secure a win but this looks a tough fixture.
Chelsea host Liverpool in Saturday's live TV game and the Blues are hot favourites - Liverpool are 10-1 for a stunning upset.
Bristol secured a 1-0 victory over Yeovil last week but they have a tough televised fixture against Arsenal on Saturday.
Pedro Martinez Losa’s Gunners will be looking to bounce back from their trouncing by City. Losa has yet to find a settled line-up but if they sort out their defensive problems, this game looks there for the taking.
Reading caused a shock when they defeated Liverpool 3-0 in a win that was inspired by a stunning volley from Fara Williams. On Sunday they host Birmingham, who got their campaign going with a 2-1 victory over Everton. Reading dispatched Liverpool with ease and should win this week too.
Two of the teams further down the table, Yeovil and Sunderland, face each other, with the Glovers still searching for their first points.
Sunderland secured their first win on the opening weekend when Simona Koren’s strike was enough to see off Reading. They had only three shots on target but they should create more this time.
