It's a bumper day of football across Europe as Atletico Madrid bid to seal the La Liga title at the expense of rivals Real, Brentford and Barnsley try to overturn 1-0 first-leg deficits in the Championship playoffs, and St Johnstone aim to complete an amazing cup double in the Scottish Cup final against Hibernian.
