Firebrand Kyrgios can give Murray a tough workout

Andy Murray is just even-money to claim a second Wimbledon crown following the early exit from the tournament of world number one Novak Djokovic, but while the Briton is the highest-ranked player left in the draw he makes little appeal at such a short price.

The fact that he recently hooked up again with legendary coach Ivan Lendl will serve only to bolster Murray’s claims of capturing a third Grand Slam crown, but there are plenty of players left standing in the draw who could upset the Scot.

The first of those upstarts Murray meets today and it would not be a surprise to see Nick Kyrgios call early time on the second seed’s All England Club hopes.
