Tom Segal and Paul Kealy share their best bet for the 2021 Cheltenham Festival

Fulke Walwyn Kim Muir Handicap Chase, Thursday, March 18
The now Paul Nicholls-trained Shantou Flyer boasts Cheltenham form figures of 1F1422223, and they include placings in the last three festivals, once in the Ultima and twice in the Foxhunter.
Once it was clear owner David Maxwell wouldn't be able to ride him this season, a handicap plan was hatched, and Shantou Flyer had dropped 20lb in the ratings from 157 to 137 before running this season.
He has put in two fine efforts at Wincanton so far this term and earned a rise from the handicapper last time, putting him on 140. He's in the veteran stage and will likely face a few ahead of the handicapper, but his course form has to make him interesting at a double-figure price.

WellChild Cheltenham Gold Cup, Friday, March 19
Just how good is Al Boum Photo? He's one of the best staying chasers of the millennium but it would be hard to say he's been winning great Gold Cups and this year he’s taking on much better horses than he has for the past two seasons.
Champ has a huge profile and is clearly extremely talented, but I'm not sure how much can be read into his comeback run at Newbury recently and for me A Plus Tard stands out.
He's the only horse to have beaten Chacun Pour Soi since that one came over from France and he looked every inch a stayer when coming from a long way back to run down Kemboy in the Savills Chase in December.
Still only seven, we probably haven't seen the best of A Plus Tard yet and we know he loves Cheltenham too.
