The Evening Punt: Tom Collins' free horse racing tip for Wednesday

James Tate has his string in top form (6-19, 21 per cent strike-rate over the last two weeks), with his last ten runners recording form figures of 5431111222. One of those runner-ups was this Dubawi filly, who ran right up to her best in a first-time visor at Newbury six days ago when denied by a length and a half. She was well clear of the rest of the field, though, and Tate now fits blinkers for the first time as she bids to go one better. She is 2lb well-in off her current mark and showed promise in two starts on the synthetic surface as a juvenile. She's open to more improvement on the all-weather and should go close from stall two.
