Ten Sovereigns remains on course for round four with Advertise in Sprint Cup
The latest instalment of Ten Sovereigns v Advertise remains possible after both were confirmed for Saturday's Sprint Cup at Haydock.
A total of 14 horses were left in contention for the track's best Flat race on Monday, including the two big ante-post fancies.
They first clashed in the 2,000 Guineas with Ten Sovereigns fifth and Advertise 15th, but Martyn Meade's stable star reversed that form in the Commonwealth Cup at Royal Ascot, winning impressively.
However, he was no match for his old rival in the July Cup, but Ten Sovereigns could manage only sixth in the Nunthorpe Stakes on his first start over five furlongs last month, while Advertise was last seen winning the Prix Maurice de Gheest.
Khaadem, successful in the Stewards' Cup at Glorious Goodwood, and last year's Sprint Cup winner The Tin Man could also line up in the £300,000 Group 1.
