St Leger could be on agenda for Mojo Star after suffering in 'messy' Irish Derby
The Irish Derby did not work out for fifth-placed Mojo Star but jockey Rossa Ryan believes the Epsom runner-up should not be discounted for the final British Classic of the season as connections target the Cazoo St Leger.
Mojo Star, owned by Amo Racing, belied odds of 50-1 to finish second to Adayar earlier this month but suffered interference at a crucial stage at the Curragh, losing ground before keeping on late.
Stewards suspended William Buick for two days for careless riding aboard the winner Hurricane Lane, but Mojo Star was buffeted by rivals on either side and Ryan feels it was a run that a line can be put through.
