Vote for change - ROA election gives owners a big chance to shape the agenda

Politics have never really been my thing, but today I am appealing directly to members of the Racehorse Owners Association (ROA) to make their votes count before next month’s AGM and reject the candidates nominated to join the board for the coming year.

ROA members will vote on five resolutions, the key ones being the nominations of Charlie Parker and Alan Spence as president and vice-president respectively, and the co-option of four appointed directors to the board, headed by chief executive Charlie Liverton – the others being Khalid Almudhaf, Ken McGarrity and Chris Wright.
