Forgive the odd tear on Sunday as thoughts turn to Jamie Kyne and Jan Wilson, as they always do when September 5 comes around.

Many at York on Sunday will be thinking of those bright, expectant young things, who were both full of hopes and dreams. Their youthful promise is one reason why memories are still so strong 12 years on from the most awful story I have ever covered.
