Aidan O'Brien's sole representative at Goodwood, Emily Dickinson, has been the subject of good money today according to bookmaker Star Sports.

The firm have taken a £20,000 bet on the Irish Oaks fourth, who was narrowly denied on her penultimate start in the Group 3 Stanerra Stakes, and the filly is 2-1 favourite for the Lillie Langtry Stakes (2.45).

Star Sports spokesperson Ed Dark said: "In the Lillie Langtry Stakes the O'Brien raider Emily Dickinson has been very popular, we've had £20,000 at 2-1 on her."

Across the water in Ireland there has also been continued support for the Ian Williams-trained Aqwaam, who has been supported into 13-2 (from 11-1), in the McDonogh Capital Investments Handicap (5.20).

"We've laid the Ian Williams horse that's gone over to Galway. In the 5.20 we've seen some sharp money for the English raider Aqwaam, we've laid that at 8-1 and 7-1." Dark said.

Cemhaan now favourite for Summer Cup as Hollie Doyle's mounts prove popular

The in-form Hollie Doyle has five mounts on the last day of Glorious Goodwood, three of whom have been well backed.

Cemhaan is proving the most popular in the Coral Summer Handicap (2.10) and is now favourite for the 1m6f contest having been backed into 7-2 (from 13-2).

The five-year-old had won both starts this season before finishing midfield in the Duke of Edinburgh Stakes at Royal Ascot, but with the step up in distance in his favour it's clear to see why he is popular.

Doyle will be looking to add another Group-race success to her record after winning the Group 1 Nassau Stakes on Thursday, when she partners Forbearance, who has been backed into 8-1 (from 14-1) in the Lillie Langtry Stakes (2.45).

The Jessica Harrington-trained runner won at Group 3 level last year but has had a tough time of it this season. However, her last run over this 1m6f trip was her best and she could serve it up to the market principles.

The final leg of the well-backed trio is Tabdeed, who has shortened to 12-1 (from 18-1) and lines up in the feature Stewards' Cup (3.20). The seven-year-old has been partnered by Doyle for all six starts since switching to Archie Watson's yard, but is yet to make an impact.

Tabdeed's last start at Ascot was the best performance since making that move however, so he could be working his way back to form and gain a first win in over two years.

Doyle was absent on day four at the Glorious meeting as she travelled to Newmarket, where she rode a double for trainer Jane Chapple-Hyam.

Does Mick Appleby hold the key to a tricky Stewards' Cup puzzle with Annaf?

After going so close to landing the King George Stakes with Raasel on Friday, trainer Mick Appleby may hold the key to the Stewards' Cup (3.20) as Annaf is now 12-1 (from 22) for Goodwood glory.

In this 28-runner handicap over six furlongs, many will be looking to those with course form. Annaf finished third in a 7f handicap at this course in May, beaten just over two lengths.

His latest start was career-best form, finishing second in Group 3 over this trip to the William Haggas-trained Sense Of Duty, who was racking up a four-timer.

He is the only three-year-old in the field and is highly unexposed compared with hardened handicappers such as last year's winner Commanche Falls.

The last three-year-old to win this contest was Khaadem, who pipped Raasel in Friday's King George Stakes, so if Annaf is to win he is one to watch with Group races likely to be on the agenda.

Sole British challenger Boothill being backed to land the spoils at Galway

Boothill is challenging for favouritism in the feature BoyleSports Handicap Hurdle (2.30) at Galway after shortening into 4-1 (from 7) overnight.

Trained by Harry Fry, the seven-year-old is the sole British contender in the race but has been well supported.

Boothill has top-class handicap form having been placed in a Listed handicap at Ascot, which was followed by a midfield finish in the Betfair Hurdle at Newbury, both at around two miles.

He improved upon those efforts when second in a valuable 2m4f handicap at Uttoxeter on his last start and reappears over a new trip after a 133-day break.

Although Fry has never had a winner at the track, he has had successful raids to Ireland, notably with Unowhatimeanharry in the Grade 1 Champion Stayers' Hurdle at Punchestown in 2019.

No change to Goodwood going

There is no change in going for the final day of the Glorious Goodwood meeting, with conditions remaining good to firm, good in places.

Speaking at 8am, clerk of the course Ed Arkell said: "We remain good to firm, good in places. We put 5mm onto the mile and the straight overnight and we've put 3mm onto the bends. We are forecast a dry day, sunny spells and temperatures of 23C/24C."

Arkell also expressed his delight at the turnout that the Glorious meeting has achieved and was keen to add that today's Stewards' Cup was a "great highlight" as the meeting draws to a close.

"It's been fantastic, a really good week," Arkell said. "We've had really good crowd levels. I haven't heard about yesterday but Tuesday and Thursday were up on previous years and Wednesday was absolutely bang on.

"There is some great racing once again today. The Stewards' Cup is always a great highlight and the Lillie Langtry is always an interesting race.

"Great racing, good field sizes and everyone seems really happy. We've just had a really good meeting."

Day six at the Galway festival provides us with a mixed card. After rain on Saturday morning the going is soft on both the jumps track and the Flat course.

The rain is due to clear for racing but further showers are forecast overnight before racing on Sunday.
