Former jockey Seamus O’Gorman rides this speedy youngster out most days and kicked off the action from Gainsborough Stables on the peat moss gallop which is close to the operation’s base on the Hamilton Road. The daughter of Starspangledbanner could not handle the heavy ground when sent off favourite for the Albany Stakes at Royal Ascot last time and should be a different proposition in the Group 2 Duchess of Cambridge Stakes at the July festival on Friday.
