One in, one out. As Clive Cox prepares to wave goodbye to one high-class sprinter, he unveiled a filly who could eventually take his place in the top races.

It is asking a lot to replace Profitable, who carried Alan Spence's colours to three Group race victories in the first half of the season, most notably the King's Stand Stakes at Royal Ascot.

He heads for the Prix de l'Abbaye and retirement at the end of this year but, stablemate Priceless served notice she could be a force to reckon with in 2017 by dropping to 5f to land the Listed Scarbrough Stakes – a race won by a certain Mecca's Angel in 2014.
