For a man who used to live his life in disguise there is a brutal but inspiring honesty about the real Kieran Shoemark.

For so long consumed with addiction, he was forever on the run. Running from the truth, running from the long arm of the law and running into oblivion. Luckily he was caught, and not a moment too soon.

Fast-forward nine months from that fateful evening at Kempton when the stewards called him forward to face the music, and the thick smog of addiction has been lifted. For the first time in years he has nothing to run from.
