There was something of The Little Engine That Could about Bobs Worth, and boy he could.
Bought as a yearling by jockey Barry Geraghty, who became closely associated with bay gelding, and his brother Ross, Bobs Worth was picked up by Nicky Henderson three years later for the Not Afraid Partnership, led by the trainer's close friend and former Newbury director Malcolm Kimmins.
