SALACRES SHOWOFF has yet to open her account but can put that right when she goes in a Towcester A6 tonight at 7.33, live on PGR.

Peter Harnden’s youngster was not far off leading round in the first round of the Produce Stakes in her last race after a flashy start before being outpaced.

She is clearly not open class, but a similar break could do the trick tonight.

Dunquin Aidan returns from a long spell off the card but is unexposed and might be better than A4 rivals he meets over the 500m trip at 8.41.

Richard Baker’s dog last raced when sent off favourite for a poor maiden sprint open at Nottingham and went close to leading it before being crowded out.

A slow start did for Swift Oriel in a D1 at Sunderland on his last outing and Yvonne Bell’s dog can make amends in another top-grade affair there at 8.19, with a draw inside Scarsdale Pronto likely to give him plenty of room.

Fruity Pebbles is another set to go off the front to take an A4 at 6.37 for Dean Blackbird.
