SANTAS AMIGO is an early market mover in the betting for this year’s Time Greyhound Nutrition Juvenile at Towcester.

The prestigious one-off ­invitational race, which takes place over 500m on Sunday afternoon, carries a first prize of £5,000 and the Dave Mullins-trained star has hardened as the favourite with Coral and Ladbrokes, moving from 5-2 into 9-4.

The dual Category One champion races from trap six as the sole seeded runner, with Graham Holland’s second favourite Swords Style a close second favourite at 5-2 and racing from trap two.

Recently crowned Arc Kent Plate champion Scooby The Lady is next in the betting at 3-1, with multiple big-race finalist Romeo Ability available at 4-1.

Paul Hennessy’s Tote Gold Cup hero, Coloursaregreen, is 7-1, while Jimmy Fenwick’s Gymcrack champion, Elusivenomore, is the 25-1 outsider.
