Saturday's free racing tips: insight from Racing Post's team of experts

Handicappers' nap

Megan(2.05 Aintree)

German Flat form reads pretty well and created a good impression when winning easily in a fair time on her Leicester hurdling debut.

Ace tipster

Didero Vallis (3.15 Aintree)

Part of a pace burn-up when fifth in this last year. Run well both starts since, but gets in off a lower mark.
Keith Melrose

Speed figures

Mister Coffey (3.35 Sandown)

Recorded a personal best when scoring with authority over course and distance a month ago and this low mileage five-year-old may again prove a cut above his rivals.
Dave Edwards

Spotlight nap

Le Breuil (1.30 Aintree)

Won an exceptionally gruelling National Hunt Chase at the 2019 Cheltenham Festival and has not recaptured that form, but he popped round these fences very nicely last year. Off 9lb lower than 12 months ago, his time to strike may well have come round again.
Richard Austen

Dark horse

Springtown Lake (3.15 Aintree)

Impressive winner at Warwick on soft ground in February before a creditable run at the Cheltenham Festival. Should come on for his reappearance here last month and looks well handicapped.
Rob Sutton
