Huddersfield Giants have been cut down to size in recent weeks but they should get back on their feet against Wakefield Trinity in the Betfred Super League on Thursday.

The Giants were walking tall early in the season with five wins from their opening seven matches lifting them to third in the standings.

One win from their last five fixtures has seen them slip to sixth but a trip to Wakey should hold few fears.

Trinity have won just three matches this season and the points have dried up for Willie Poching's men who haven't scored more than ten points in any of their last three matches.

Wakey's points difference total of -100 is the second-worst tally in the division and they are unlikely to the stop the Giants covering a skinny six-point handicap.
