St Helens v Salford
4pm, Sunday

This Super League dust-up was originally scheduled for Friday but was put back due to the severe weather conditions, which may only have served to prolong the agony for Salford.

They face a St Helens side who have won three out three this season to sit top of the tree along with Wigan and Wakefield, and at the head of the betting to finish the season as champions.

It looks as though the Red Vee will take some stopping but Salford may have been underestimated by the layers and look a touch of value receiving 16 points on the match handicap at evens.

They hammered Hull KR 36-12 last week and ran Wakefield close in the previous round of fixtures losing 14-12. They could cause St Helens some problems in testing conditions.

Wakefield v Huddersfield
3pm Sunday

Wakey have also made an unbeaten start to the season but that stat flatters them slightly as those wins came against Catalans, Hull KR and the aforementioned Red Devils.

Next up are Huddersfield, who will be a much tougher proposition.

The Giants have had a tricky start, losing at Hull and at home to St Helens last time out, but a round-two win over Warrington indicates things are on the up and backing them with a six-point start against Trinity looks the way to go.

Recommendation
Huddersfield +6
1pt Evs Betfred
