Third round
Sky Sports Golf, 4am Saturday

Pat Perez followed an opening 66 with a second-round 65 to take the lead in Malaysia's CIMB classic and the American, a 50-1 shot before a ball was struck, is into 5-2 to take the title.

He's one ahead of Tour Championship winner Xander Schauffele who is in turn three shots clear of a chasing pack featuring Sung Kang, Cameron Smith and Thomas Pieters.

Pieters has had a woeful time of it recently, scrapping his way to 66th and 74th-placed finishes in his last two starts on the European Tour but he looks to have found some form in Kuala Lumpur.

Punters should consider siding with the powerful Belgian when he tees off alongside Keegan Bradley and Cameron Smith at 2.40am BST.

Both Bradley and Smith are capable performers but they struggled to follow strong opening rounds on Friday, each shooting a one-under-par 71 to lose touch with the leading pair.

Pieters is the likeliest to make a charge on moving day and he can be backed at 17-10 to do just that.

Recommendation
T Pieters to win threeball
2pts 17-10 Betfred
