Manchester United to win the FA Cup
6-1 general

There are plenty of big boys left in the quarter-finals of the FA Cup but I think Manchester United have got a great chance of adding this year's trophy to their collection.

They have been helped by the fact that they face my old club Norwich in the last eight, but they seem to have come out of the lockdown well and there have been many pluses for manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.

I've been really impressed with Bruno Fernandes's influence and I fancy he is going to bring out the best in Paul Pogba.

We don't want to be getting ahead of ourselves but it looks as if Pogba may be switched on. That was certainly in evidence when he played against Tottenham and that would obviously be a massive boost for United.

Marcus Rashford remains a threat and it will have done Anthony Martial a great deal of good to score that hat-trick against Sheffield United.

I had my reservations about whether he would be a number-nine centre forward in his early days at the club because I thought he was always more of a threat from out wide, but this could be the time for him to grow into the role.

They look much too strong for Norwich and I think United can go all the way if they build on the form of their last two matches.

It was always going to be hard for Norwich this season and it looks as if they are going to go down.

But they haven't gone and spent £150 million like Aston Villa and they find themselves in a similar position.

The key will be to keep hold of their promising young players if they go down.

They have given youth a chance and the approach was just like that when I started off at Carrow Road.

It was disappointing to see their fitness levels in their first game back against Southampton and while long-term it will not be the end of the world if they go down, I fear for them against United.

The two FA Cup games we have on BT Sport are both intriguing and it will be interesting to see how another one of my old clubs, Chelsea, get on at Leicester.

Frank Lampard's side have had two very different games since the restart - they dominated possession at Aston Villa and then had to contain Manchester City, but they performed each task very well.

I really like the way things are going at Stamford Bridge. In Timo Werner and Hakim Ziyech, they have done some good early shopping and their transfer ban has allowed players such as Mason Mount, Tammy Abraham and Reece James to gain valuable experience.

Whether it will be enough to have a push for the title next year, I'm not sure.

Liverpool and City are really strong sides and I would expect Pep Guardiola to get to grips with the centre of their defence which needs sorting, as was evident in their 2-1 loss at Chelsea on Thursday.

It's up to City to respond now that Liverpool have won the league in such commanding fashion and although the Citizens are favourites to win the league next season, I still think the new champions are the team to beat.

But I'm sure Chelsea will progress and that game at Leicester will be interesting.

The Foxes were poor going forward against Brighton last week and haven't looked that dangerous in their two draws, but playing a team who are going to attack them could be of benefit to Brendan Rodgers's side. I'm expecting a few goals.

The other game is Arsenal heading to Sheffield United and the Gunners desperately needed that win at Southampton.

They were gifted the opening goal and got the job done but they still have work to do after their loss to Brighton.

Mikel Arteta has a lot of issues to addressing and offering David Luiz a new contract is a baffling decision.

The Blades have lacked the spark they had before the lockdown when they were on a roll. They have looked flat but it might not take much for them to spring into life.
