Another Leinster title should be on way to Kilkenny

After fancying Dublin to cause an upset against Kilkenny in the Leinster semi-final, and fully believing there were valid grounds for doing so, I was rather embarrassed during the second-half as the Cats made it look like men against boys.

They bullied and battered Ger Cunningham’s charges. I have learned my lesson.

Tipping any team to beat Kilkenny is a very dangerous pastime and, while Galway have the ammunition and the belief to shock the Cats today, the most likely outcome is another Leinster title for Brian Cody’s charges.
