Classy Cherries can pick off their southern rivals

Brighton and Southampton could be put in their place

Can Burnley maintain their flying start to the season? It's one of the big conundrums facing punters, particularly in terms of the betting without the big six, as the sixth-placed Clarets are still not rated favourites to finish as the best of the rest.

Miracle worker Sean Dyche and his Burnley team are six points ahead of Leicester but they have scored just 16 goals - the same number as Newcastle, who are in the relegation zone.

Burnley have won 1-0 six times, which will be difficult to maintain, although that is reflected in the prices. Leicester don't make much appeal as favourites but Everton may be worth a second look and it's difficult to see anyone else getting involved.

For a bet, head to the top southern club market where Brighton deserve to be outsiders but Southampton look way too short in what may turn into a match bet against Bournemouth.

Only Swansea have a worse shot ratio (share of match shots) than Southampton and Brighton in the Premier League with both managed by conservative coaches in Manuel Pellegrino and Chris Hughton respectively.

Bournemouth are more progressive under Eddie Howe and the Cherries can make up the necessary ground with all of the other members of the bottom seven yet to visit Dean Court.
