Dundee United were hammered 3-0 by Celtic in midweek and they now face a tough trip to Aberdeen. The Terrors were unbeaten in three games prior to that loss at Celtic Park but their results have been better than their performances.

Micky Mellon’s side managed a solid 2-0 win over Kilmarnock at Tannadice prior to snatching a late draw at home to Motherwell. However, they can consider themselves a little fortunate to have come away with positive results in those contests and much of the credit must go to United keeper Benjamin Siegrist.

It’s no surprise to see that Siegrist has been linked with a move to Celtic given the Swiss stopper's sparkling form. However, the Terrors' reliance on their keeper is not sustainable and Aberdeen look a nice price.

The Dons are unbeaten in their last six Premiership matches and they look the clear third-best side in the section this season. Sam Cosgrove and Curtis Main have provided a lively attacking threat and Aberdeen look excellent 4-6 shots.

One step down in the Championship Raith look capable of achieving a positive result in the Fife derby against Dunfermline. Rovers were beaten 2-0 by Queen of the South in midweek but that looks like a blip.

John McGlynn’s side have been good enough to hammer Alloa, Morton and Arbroath this season and they take on a Dunfermline side who have won just one of their last six matches.

The Pars were completely outplayed when nicking a 2-2 draw in the reverse fixture at Stark's Park and the visitors can be supported getting half a goal on the Asian handicap.
